CallKal operates as a subscription-based service with limited trial access.
Subscription management, billing, renewals, and cancellations are handled exclusively through the Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s policies.
CallKal provides analytical and informational insights only. The App does not guarantee earnings, order availability, or specific outcomes.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected data solely for:
• providing core app functionality,
• generating analytical insights,
• evaluating market conditions and aggregated activity,
• maintaining and improving the stability and performance of the App.
We do not use data for advertising, marketing, or cross-app tracking.
3. Analytics and Performance Data
CallKal analyzes courier activity metrics and market conditions, such as:
• delivery duration and time-based efficiency,
• offer characteristics (e.g., price, distance, number of stops),
• aggregated demand patterns by geographic areas.
This analytics is performed in an aggregated manner and is not linked to any identifiable or individual user.
CallKal does not perform user profiling and does not analyze personal behavior at the individual level.
4. Data Processing and Infrastructure
To generate aggregated demand maps and market-level insights, CallKal aggregates analytical data across geographic areas and presents these insights within the App.
For this purpose, limited non-identifiable analytical data may be processed using server-side infrastructure.
This processing is used solely to support aggregated views and does not involve storing personal profiles or linking data to identifiable individuals.
Cloud infrastructure and database services are used strictly to support these aggregated analytics and are subject to confidentiality and security obligations.
5. Data Storage and Retention
• Analytical data processed on the server is retained only as long as necessary to support aggregated analytics and improve the App.
• CallKal does not maintain user accounts or personal profiles.
• Data stored locally on your device remains under your control and is removed when you delete the App.
Users may remove locally stored data at any time by uninstalling the App.
6. Location Data
While using the App, CallKal may collect location data from your device while the App is in use.
Location data is used exclusively for:
• displaying demand maps,
• aggregating activity by geographic areas,
• generating analytical insights related to market conditions.
Important clarifications:
• Location data is not linked to any personal identity.
• Location data is not used for tracking users.
• CallKal does not create movement histories or individual location profiles.
• Location data is processed in aggregated and analytical form.
7. Your Choices and Controls
You can control location access through your device settings at any time.
Disabling location access may limit or disable certain features of the App.
8. Information We Do Not Collect
CallKal does not collect:
• names, email addresses, phone numbers, or contact information,
• user accounts or login credentials,
• photos, videos, messages, or user-generated content,
• advertising identifiers (such as IDFA),
• data from other apps or websites.
9. Third-Party Services and Platforms
CallKal is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any courier platforms, restaurants, or delivery services.
CallKal does not control and is not responsible for:
• order distribution,
• delays,
• cancellations,
• pricing,
• or the operation of third-party platforms or services.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Any changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this document.
